TIA PONGRATZ | OWNER
I earned my Accounting degree from UT Arlington and have worked in the accounting industry since 2006. I have experience in both industry work as well as a decade in public accounting as an Auditor. I was blessed to be able to spend most of my career Auditing for a wonderful local firm and have a unique experience given the diverse client base we served. I have worked extensively with various construction trades and have a strong niche in Church and Nonprofit Accounting. I have a passion for people and love working side by side with my clients to help them better understand their financials. I look forward to serving you and your business!
I live in the Weatherford, TX area with my family. We spend our weekends adventuring and enjoying time with our family and friends.

Amanda || Accounting Associate
In 2013, Amanda earned her accounting degree from Texas Christian University and now has over six years of experience in the industry. She lives in Fort Worth, TX with her husband, two daughters, son and sheepadoodle. Amanda’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her family.
Rachel || Accounting Associate
I am a wife and mom of two beautiful children ages 5 and 6 months. I have been in the nursing field for over 12 years and have worked in many different areas. It is something that I love and am very compassionate about. I joined Oak Bend with a love for numbers and an excitement to learn and grow in the accounting field. In my free time (if mom's have free time lol) I enjoy traveling/vacationing, doing Crossfit, reading, and listening to podcasts.
